I also got a great deal on some Allied Monster Beadlocks. The picture makes them look like they are chrome, but they are actually polished aluminum, 17" x 9.5" with 4" back spacing...should be here in about a week. Attachments:

Neil, they are true beadlocks. I had been looking at Hutchinson Rock Monster because they are DOT approved, but they also weigh 46 lbs each, about the same as steel beadlocks do. So then I was looking at Trail Ready, Allied, Champion, etc. These have a good reputation and I was able to pick them up for $300 each, they retail for $450 so they ended up being less money than all the others I looked at that offered a 17" size.

Yes, but they don't offer a 5x5.5 bolt pattern and have no plan to do so...I have had issues with my wheel spacers so I had no interest in going that route again and am also looking at doing some thing down the road with the LJ to get rid of the wheel spaces I am running now...but everything is a compromise, currently running 33"x10.50"x15" on the stock rims. I went with the 10.50 thinking they wouldn't rub, but they do, so I am using 1.25" wheel spacers. Down the road, I plan to run AEV wheels or equal, but that means new tires too, so hopefully my ball joints will last as long as my tires do.

Thanks Neal, looking forward to getting them, but it will be a few months before I mount them. I was waiting for a deal on the wheels to jump on this year and hope to run my 35" BFG AT's for a while still and then when I find a deal on some 37" BFG KM2 I will jump on those...I have confused a few folks since I installed the Pro Rock 60's since they are 5x5.5 and when people see the TJ they assume I am running 5x4.5 rims.

Yep, I forgot about the Pro Rocks when I posted that. Aren't the Pro Rocks available with 5 on 5 though? (kinda late for that now though).
