Looking to had a rear stabilizer to my '02 TJ when I mount my 37" KM2 to give me some better on road handling, and both Currie and Gentight claim I will lose no off road capability...anybody else running one?

I'm assuming you mean their sway bar set-ups? They do require being adjusted for on or off- road use to be the most affective.
Will uses one in the front of his LJ with no factory bar, and he's happy with it. I never seen it limit any travel in any way. I think it's reccomended to run the last three holes for off-road on the arms and the front two are for street use.

Yes Neil, I meant sway bar and changed the title. Decided to go with the Genright version and I am swapping in their EXT fuel tank too so later I will be set up the rear stretch...

Sounds like a good plan. Why did jeep have to put the gas tank right in the way for a stretch anyway?

In place of the back seat? ;D Sadly with the short wheelbase there isn't much other space left for it. Brian, I've really never wheeled a coil sprung rig, but I've heard the swaybars can really help keep your rig feel more planted on the trail.

I think they should of ran dual saddle tanks on the insides of the frame and hug the exhaust to the driveshaft like a corvete ;D

Well GenRight has a few options...the EXT which I am going with holds 19.5 gallons and with a Dana 60 allows me to move the axle back 4" (5.5" with a Dana 44). I could have used the COMP but I would have only gained 1" but lost 5 gallons of capacity which given I drive my Jeep to the trails and the type of trails I do I didn't want to give up 60 - 75 miles of driving range. If I thought it was going to ever be a trailer queen I might have gone that route. Everything is ordered, just waiting for it to arrive.

Well first driving impressions, one day on the street, the Jeep handles a whole lot better...hard to tell how much is the bigger tires vs. rear sway bar, but I can actually take my hand off the wheel on the highway and the Jeep stays in the same lane...bump steer is gone, torque steer is nil, can't wait to get it on the trails. The new fuel tank will take a little getting used to. Fills different and the gauge reads a little different also...lastly it iwll be interesting to see how running 4.88 gear with bigger, heavier 37" MT vs. 35" AT effects my mileage. I can already feel it won't pull a long hill as well...but I always have 4th gear

So have you completed the stretch? We need some good detail pics, preferably before and after.

No stretch yet. Still trying to make some decsions on which way to go on that, but the GenRight EXT tank and rear sway bar were part of every build (T&T Customs, GenRight, Teraflex, Poison Syder, etc.) so I did that part now as it was in the budget along with the tires...Still can't post a photo...i will trow it up on Facebook Wonk.

So the Jeep performed pretty well with the exception of some vertical climbs I had to do and found that the TJ is a little heavier in the ass...I noticed that the beadlocks have considerably less back spacing but didn't take into account how far back it would cause the beadlock with a 37" KM2 to sit back on my tire carrier...couple that with the GenRight EXT fuel tank moved the 20 gals of gas further back, the front end gets real light and twice I had to be strapped, not becuase I couldn't climb the obstacle, but because my front end wanted to lift off the rock. Looked into removing the back seat and mounting the spare on the floor, but it is too big...so I am going to modify the Rock Hard carrier to move the tire closer to the tail gate and relocate the HiLift...the rear stretch will come next, not going to do anything up front yet, but I do need to replace the front fenders when I do the rear corners for both looks and so I can lower the suspension at the same time...so it will be a few months of replenishing the build account.
