I picked up one of the Behr Epoxy Floor coating kits for the new garage and got it put down last weekend. So far I'm pleased with the results, though it hasn't seen too much use, yet.
The bucket kits come with everything you need (including the paint, activator, etching cleaner, edging brush, roller cover, stir stick, and anit-skid flakes) to do 200-250 sq/ft, they say, and my garage floor is around 300 and it was plenty. I waited a full 48+ hours before even thinking about doing anything more than walking on it, and after a week of cure time I'm finally ready to start putting some serious traffic on it. They advise a minimum of 3 days before exposing it to tire traffic, and it will be prob another week until it sees any. I have rolled a metal wheeled engine hoist across it with no visible damage, so that's a good start.
I'll be sure to keep this updated as it sees more use and abuse.
