Here's where I wish I could transfer everything from the old site ;D
Here's the low-down on the current goodies.
Drivetrain:
4.2L I-6 (stock)
NP435 4-spd with a 6.69 1st gear
Doubled transfercases
np203 to a np205 giving me a 4.oo-1 Low Range
Axles:
Front Dana 60 w/milemarker hubs,Poison Spyder high steer arms,custom links made from 1.5" .250 Dom.,OX Locker and 5.13 Gears
Rear Dana 60 with custom rear disc brakes,OX locker and 5.13 Gears
Tires and wheels:
Super Swamper TSL SX's 38.5x14.5x16.5's
Pro-comp Extreme Steel Rock Crawlers 16.5x9.75
Winch:
Warn 12,000 lbs
Body:
Fiberglass w/fliphood, currently building Exo
Suspension:
4" Skyjacker E-z Ride springs front and back,SOA,shackle reversal up front along with a set of 1" lift shackles.Rear has a customs set of shackles that are 9" long (I think).
Rear Axle has been moved back 8" and the front moved forward 4" giving a wheelbase of 106".
Other Mods:
Everything is custom built by myself. She's not pretty,because that would make it harder to beat-on.I built it more for purpose and function.Although I am adding quite a bit to the Exo to give it the kind of look that I'm looking for,as well as strength.
I've moved the motor ahead about 3.5" to make room for the transfers. 12 gal fuel cell,smaller radiator to make room under the hood.
The winch is on a flip mount to allow the opening of the hood.The exo is also being built to allow the hood to flip and give it ample enough protection.
Future Plans:
Finish the Exo,add in a tire carrier and front stinger (hopefully done by the end of April. build my 304 V-8 and convert it to propane. Possible build of a custom link set-up.Custom Top is going to be in the makings very soon.Better off-road lighting.
The new warn Powerplant Winch for the rear of my Jeep.Onboard welder and air. 5-point harnesses and possibly custom seats.
When all of this is done (or sooner),BUILD A FULL ON TUBE BUGGY!
